One day two summers ago I was working for a couple of hour at the computer and I heard our cats playing in the dining room with something. I didn't think much of it since they love to swat toys around on the wood floor in there.
When I finally got up to see what was so much fun I saw they had found a snake, about two foot long, and played with it till it was near death. They both were just sitting there waiting for it to move again. I guess it got in the house because I had the front door open and there is a small crack between the storm door and the threshold.
I took it outside and put it out of its missery.

the black and blue ones do get warmer than the white ones but i used the black ones with my games and never had a problem
price - how bout a couple baby chicks or a gallon of ice tea or free
they have been there since i got of of the games
and just have to mow around them

I use snake repellant and have the boys pee around the coop, was told that works.
