Morning Okies - Had to evict a possum form the horse trailer after feeding the flock this morning. I can't figure out how the stinker got in, but I sure am glad I was able to chase him out with a broom. They make such a creepy hissing noise when they're angry.

Morning all!!! Heard cheaping in the bator last night! Either I miss calculated or put the wrong date down or something(Teach Method!!!) I had them down to hatch on the 14th, but opened the door and had about fifteen chicks in the bottom and on the trays and more pipping!!!! Have chicks running out my ears!!! But saving some NN eggs to put in for Monty and Marybeth!!!! LOL Glad the MM thing is over for now, glad they were both found safe, hope the law take care of things this time !!!! Have a blessed day all, gotta go to work!!! Lynn

Could be that your girls have just their cycle synced but I wouldn't think it will last very long.

Wad up some of the 1/2in square plastic netting around the outside of the coop. Guarentee a snake can not get through it but then it's your problem as to what to do with it. LOL
