NO i mean BBR they are biliteraly tuffted and rumpless not weaton but BBR
well remember you cant breed a double tufted bird to a double tufted bird , the tufted gene is a lethal gene and the chicks wont survive to hatch
yes i know there is a fatal geen that is related to tuffed birds amd some will die in the egg i am trying to get a dubel tuffed roo to go over a rumpless none tufted or singal tufted hens DR keath breeds tufed to tuffed and out of 18 eggs i got 8 to hatch the first time he breeds tufded to tufed becauce he is studying the fatal geen and how it afects hatch rate he says about 10/20% will die in the egg but he still average about 55/65% hatch so i hope to get some more good ones

we took a full grown Flemish Giant, a jersey woolie, some mixed bunnies and a kit born yesterday to 2 pre-K classes today. The kids seemed to really enjoy petting them.

ya, I would love to get half a dozen or so game babies, blue, dun or lemon blue would be great...I really like the toppies...or if you would sell me a few...I like to raise my own up so they are used to me...
Lynn, really glad those NN are working out for you, Tara (Cuban) just got some from me, and Donnie wants some more..
The guy at my feed store has 3 dz in his bator to hatch for resale. So everyone seems to be keeping my roo on his toes ( you might say)
Anyway getting lots of orders for all my eggs. At least I can feed those suckers next week..
I'm starting to see some Flemish advertised here. I would like to try them but just don't know about housing them. I am so leery of them getting sore hocks from being so big, and don't really have a good place to put them on the ground.
Hey Joe how's the farm life treating you? I guess Gramps is busy doing his spring gardening,is he doing any good with his birds this year?
