Got eggs hatching tomorrow! A hopeful pr of Embden (I guess our gander got eaten yesterday....

so hopefully we'll get some goslings from them) and 15 Frizzle banties. The Frizzles are a friends but if they hatch well I'll keep a couple....don't need them, lol, but they'll be adorable. And whats a few more, LOL.

Have 3 more Embden eggs in the 'bator and she's been lovingly tending one. She has a beautiful nest too, specially for her first eggs. She spent weeks collecting sticks from around the goat yard, and laying in a foundation, then smaller sticks/hay, then lined it all with down. And when it rained she fanned her wings out so no rain hit her nest

Think I have 18 doz in the bator right now.....

Will the camping areas at Ellsworth be open the weekend of POOPS, I won't need to stay down there but it might be a reason to do some fishing. Biggest fish I've caught was a 10lb Blue cat at Ellsworth years ago, on rod and reel. Boy was it fun to haul in.

Caught a 4lb Blue at Stroud lake a few yrs back,Line was in the water less than 5mins. Wanted to fish longer but storms blew in from the east and had to head back to camp.
