I might have accidentally gotten two kittens...will be breaking them to not see birds as food shortly

When I have that problem it is generally snakes.

You know, I had thought that but my pens are made from 2x4 wire and if a snake took an egg or two it wouldnt be able to fit back out would it? Also, we have anywhere from 2 to 5 dogs runnin loose and I have been home a lot lately, over the last few weeks I would have thought that I would have seen it. I did see a 2 foot long king snake the other day by my wifes birds....

You guys are busy this morning.

I am still getting alot of eggs from my laying flock but my Old english seem to be on a break right now. I don't know if it is the weather or just the dull dreary days we have been having. No feed changes for mine so it has to be the weather or day light or natural cycle.

I did the change in feed at least 6 weeks ago, and I mixed the old feed with the new feed and fed that for a week. I feed them twice a day, I toss it in the hay I have in the bottom of their pens, so they get a work out while they eat, when i fed them free choice they were getting fat and were wasting too much.
 
How much feed ya got on hand? Will you have to wait long before you can switch back?

I am ready to go home!
