Thank you all for your nice comments. We are going to complete the final corner coop this weekend which will house the BBS silkies. That will free up a coop for the lavenders and we will be all done!

Your story makes me want to cry - That a 20 yr. old would be mature enough to buy a house (in this day and age), that she would take her grandmother in with her, that you would be so helpful to her by helping her remodel everything, including the barn... Wow. You must be a super mom, even to have raised such a level-headed young woman.

Just wanted to say that. And oh yeah, the structure looks great! I would LOVE to see photos of before and afters of the house itself.
