Chocolate Turkey one of the older breeds of Turkey, but since it's not in the Standard it wouldn't qualify as 'heritage.' Go figure. I think it's worth saving. It was 'the' Turkey of the South before the War of Northern Aggression.

Yes, you can list the breeds you have. I imagine that you would be told whether or not they are rare. I imagine your list would be similar to what you have in your signature? Most of those appear to be bantams, and I for one, could not tell you whether or not they were rare. Someone else here could.
