The only thing I could find on the, "Nekkei" is information that Resolution had posted on them. ( some kind-of look like a Polish cross or a U.K. Araucana cross )

I thought the same thing.
If you compare the Crested, Tailed, Bearded U.K. Araucana to the the first and second picture they do look like a cross.
