I saw this on craigslist selling this old brooder. They want 400.00 for it. IT looks antique and they say it is a brooder, I'm thinking its an old farm incubator. Any experts out there? IS is worth the 400.00?

It is very large measuring 51" wide, 34" deep with an extension on the back incasing the fan and is 71"
tall.
The top front has a lift top and inside are two wooden trays with removable screens in very good
condition.
The bottom has 12 shelves with wooden trays and inside them are lots of wire cradles that are turned by
large knobs on the sides and a hand crack controls the knobs which allow two rows of trays to move at
once.
It is electric and the bulb holders are porcelain. The plug is also there.
The front door has a heavy yellow cardboard lable that show it to be a model #29409 Serial 19766, 105
AC Volts 63 Amps.
The small round silver covers move to expose an appartus which you'd put a key into much like a clock
key to adjust the temperature and humidity.
Manufactured in Elira, NY, Fort Atkinson Wis and Oakland AL.
