Old ducks

We have too many male Pekin ducks and want to butcher but they are a few years old, are they way too old and will be really tough?

Last year we harvested a few Pekin that were about 18 month old. We made Pekin Duck, marinating the birds uncovered in the fridge for two days covered with a sauce. They were very good. I think maybe Pekin will be tasty to a more advanced age, because they are quite high in fat. Worth trying.
