My old english is roughly 9 weeks old. Based on the limited number of hen vs. rooster photos I've pulled up, i gather this is a fella. He is very colorful, large comb and wattle, and sweet as can be for now. I only have one old english and this is my 1st of this breed so i do not know much about them specifically. But my hunch is this is a roo. What do you think?

Definitely a light brown cockerel. But not an OEG.

Take a closer look at the earlobe--is it white or red? It looks white to me, which is a Dutch.

Also, the OEG have a yellow colored leg in most cases and this bird has blue. Slate (blue) is the standard for a Dutch bantam.

I actually think what you have is a Light Brown Dutch bantam cockerel. I breed Dutch and a lot of people confuse them with OEG from time to time.

Ahhh, very good to know. We purchased him as an old english from the breeder. He's very sweet and very pretty. Thanks for the info!
