I have this old english bantam that I just love. I would like to get him some hens but I have no idea what variety he is. Any ideas?[IMG]

The only one I know is old english game. There is also just Old English, from what I understand.

His color appears to be black tailed buff.

Thank you. He is so sweet. He is the only roo that I have that I go right up to and pick up. He loves to be held and goes to sleep on my lap every day.

I think his color might be ginger red.

Google pics of ginger red old english game and see if you think its a match [IMG]

Ginger red has a definite red hue, not a golden buff hue.

Could he be a Nankin? Here are a couple of photos from Feathersite.
