Old Fashioned Broody Hen Hatch A Long and Informational Thread

My brand new broody mama successfully hatched her three eggs today earlier than expected! At least one of those eggs are ones DH had put in the refrigerator and I took out to put under her when she decided to get broody. I've seen two and felt one. Yay!! She has redeemed broody hens after my first traumatic experience.

I'll be taking some tomorrow. Got home from kids soccer game and it was dark (stupid short days) so pics tomorrow! I won't be able to upload til Thursday but I will get some. I did get to see one peek out from under her wing and it was adorable! JBs make teeny tiny chicks!
