Would you consider a trade for a 5 year old boy who never stops talking, hates school, refuses to sleep in his own bed or through the night, hates to wipe his own butt and always wants a snack. Breaks everything accidently that is or isn't tied down. Including a flat screen monitor, the hand rail that used to be attached to the wall leading up the stairs, a remote for his older brothers toy... the list goes on.
