Well use any kind of chicken you want to be fried, does'nt matter.
I ain't too much on measurments so I'll do my best.
1 1/2 - C. Self Risin' flour
2 - tbsp. Seasoned Salt
and just a little dash of garlic powder.
Mix all ingredients together with wisk.
coat your chicken on each side with mix, then dip your chicken
in some lightly beaten eggs or some buttermilk , then coat
the chicken again with dry ingredient mix and throw that
meat in some heated grease ( bout medium heat ).
Watch to make sure it does not cook too fast cause your chicken will get to crispy and may even burn before it is done in the middle, (if it does get too dark before the middle is done, that's okay just throw it in the oven on 375 for a bit, or toss in the microwave).
Well I hope I explained that good enough. Enjoy
Oh I use the same ingredients and same techique to make my fried zucchini and green tomatoes, I just prefer the eggs to dip them in for the second coat instead of the buttermilk, but the buttermilk will work just fine too.
