Olive Egger, 2 1/2 weeks old- Rooster?

Do we get another chick close in age to these other girls and hope for a hen or wait till we know gender and get another? We hoped for 4.
If you don’t want to deal with possible males again I would wait until you know for sure. But then again integrating might be easier when they’re younger so it’s up to you really

Bea as we call Her/Him, has been behind the other 3 in wing growth but has been noticeably bigger in body than the others.
We're so bummed, as we weren't wanting a roo.
If you're wanting to get another pullet, sooner is better than later, and get a friend for her too (helps). If you're going to rehome him, start looking now. He doesn't have to move yet, just start working on that now.

Also it’s usually easier to integrate more than one at a time so the new one doesn’t get bullied but it is possible to integrate just one if you have enough space and it should be easier with chicks rather than full grown birds. But not always.

Do you think we could bring in a 10ish day old chick now (hoping it's a hen) and it would go okay?
You could try it and see. It depends on your chicks. I still wouldn’t just throw them together though. I’d split the brooder and do look no touch for a bit first
