Is this an Olive Egger or French Copper Maran Rooster? He was supposed to be an Olive Egger hen.

If he is the son of a Black Copper he MIGHT be olive egger. I have one that looks IDENTICAL to my BCM. To me he looks like a BCM.

Can you post a FULL body pic? We can‘t see his comb.

Do you have any idea of the breeds used to create him? He looks full black copper marans without the feathered legs.

Need to see the comb properly to tell if it is a pea comb or a single comb.

Looks like he has a modified pea comb. Probably Olive Egger created using Marans

Here are some better pictures. Definitely a modified pea comb, and he has started growing feathers on his legs.
