As it should be.
Largest I’ve ever taken was a mercy kill of a wounded buck. 820 yards +/- First shooter got em in the guts. 30 minutes later I glasses him across a huge clear cut and had the equipment needed to poke out there. Only a 4 pt with eye guards (you whitetail guys would call them ten pointers). Come to find out the guy I was hunting with took his first shot at him just under 500 yards.

Never hunted with anyone since.

Rest of my kills have been forks or slicks. First legal meat, it’s a done deal.

Ive been to several structure fires for training. People donate dilapidated buildings for fire training purposes. Several engines get in on it, and make a weekend of setting and putting out fires. Then, light it one last time so it consumes itself.
