OMG chick hatched what do I Do? HELP!!!

There's another egg peeping and movement I can feel and I can see veins? Near the airsac but no pipping worried because today is day 23? Is it going to run out of air? Is it OK to help it break the shell but not the membrane?

With cooler temps you may be getting a late hatch. DO NOT break the shell let the chick do it. They know when their ready and you can't tell that from just the peeping, I've heard them peeping 24 hours before they hatched. All you can do is watch and grab the chick after it hatches if mom rejects it. I agree I wouldn't use those two hens for broody's in the future.

The peeping egg has hatched! Chick #4 doing very well, as I went to pull it out a hen stepped on a developing egg and cracked the shell and membrane and I saw a little beak inside, its out of the shell under the heat lamp separate from the rest of the chicks, breathing, sleeping and resting and making small movements.

Unfortunately your hen will not likely "get used" to having chicks - if she was a good mother she would have responded to them already. Placing them with her is putting them in danger of being stepped on, crushed, or just outright killed.

The hen was not left in with them. They are not in any danger
