I had a paint silkie chick had two days ago and she was born with spraddle leg. No biggie. I put her legs together so that they would fix but it looks to be another problem. Her legs are facing outward and idk if that is fixable. If anyone has any tips to help me please lmk!

Hi,

By now you probably took the brace off, and her feet should be normal now?

They sort of always do that when we bind their legs, and a couple of days later, they're fine. This one had a disjointed hip so that's why our bindings are a little wider than usual.

This one is around 4 months old now and you'd never know the difference.

That’s good that yours healed! Unfortunately mine passed away the day after this post. She wasn’t eating much and I had a good look at her legs they were really pointed outward and her hocks were swollen. I just put her back in the incubator with a soft towel and she passed in the morning
