OMG!!!! Getting a Mille Fleur!!!!!!!

I have a three year old d'uccle rooster who is wonderful. We didn't get him until he was about two, so he's not a lap chicken. But he's good with my hens, was wonderful when I got new chicks (he'd peck the ground to show them how to get food and would keep his head lowered and still when they'd come to investigate). He's great around us and visiting people, around our dogs and cats too. I have a 16 wk. old d'uccle pullet who's a sweety - although at this point she's only on my lap if I have treats in my hand

We have 2 d'uccles that are 10 weeks old, and fortunately we got a male and female. The roo was our splay legged runt 1/2 the size of the pullet, and after the bandaid leg trick for 3 days, could walk around well enough to eat and drink, but was always a bit slow. Now he is bigger than the girl, healthy, smart, sweet, and gets around great with the other chicks. They are delightful to watch.
