Ok, good morning! i just got off the phone with the city manager, he wanted to see pictures of my silkies so i emailed them. and i wrote a short letter about how they have their own pen and i also have a 6 ft. privacy fence too, and how they never run loose, i also gave him our web site(BYC) so he could be better informed

, and i also gave him the mad city chicken website too, oh, i also told him how they supply our family with fresh eggs, he said he would get back to me.............so i wait.....again.....do you think i have a chance??

OK, i have an update, i talked with code enforcement, the officer told me he has no problem with me having the chickens as long as they aren't running around loose, and the area where they are is kept clean, which they are not loose, and it is clean, so animal control officer came back today, he also told me he has no problem with me keeping the silkies under the same conditions, now , i await the city manager to call me, he said when i first talked with him that basically the same thing, not loose and clean, i tried to call him all day today but he was busy so ill catch him tomorrow....so i think.... i might, be able to keep my babies!!! im like 99.9%...sure
