Give your cats a bath or anything that you think may have it on them. If your cats still have it on them then you will get it. Take another bath/shower after you do that. Find out where they are getting into it and carefully get rid of it. It's nasty stuff. It's from the plant only. Whatever the plant oil touches is where it will be on you. If your cat has it on his/her back or anywhere else on the fur and you touch it..you will have it. You cannot spread it once the oil is washed off everything. It does not spread from the blister themselves. Calimine lotion and take vinegar baths. Good luck with it.
