ScrambledEgg! Are you saving that possum for yourself? Check out the University of North Carolina website. According to instructions on eating possum you need two people. That way one person can always watch for cars.

I know a few people who would actually eat possum...
my dad old biker club buddy nicknamed "Roadkill' for obvious reasons
a guy I work with, he'll eat pretty much anything.
and my neighbor, i'm sure he would too

Now I know what we are having for dinner tonight.

Is it ok to subsitute dead racoon, squirrel or cat? I may not find a possum
on the road today but still want to make a good hearty meal.
