Do i need to be worried about the humidity spike as they are hatching??

No, don't worry about that. At this stage you only worry if it dips below 60% or so. You just need to watch and know you have 2 days before you really can do anything but steal them out of there super fast...unless they're all done. It's the part that kills even the most experienced hatchers...we all have to make ourselves go grocery shopping and whatnot to keep from touching. It's brutal!! They can take 36 hours to go from pip to pop, and it tries even the most patient.

I had 3 Blue JG but I recently sold the 2 best colored pullets (wonderful blue) and kept the big girl cause she was true JG size. I had to downsize - wanted to keep the nice colored ones but since I didn't have a Bl JG rooster and have so many other varieties, I let them go. They came from Sandhill. Their White JGs are real nice too.

This is my first incubation and with a free trash incubator too.

Well i am home and nothing. THe pip looks the same as it did when i left this morning and there are no other pips tht i can see....does tht mean the one gave up already?

I got my first pip last night, and it didn't hatch until late morning. A different one hatched first, at 9:30am, who had just pipped at 5am - that one must have been in a hurry! I have 4 out and 10 to go
