I hope they are all doing well this morning? Been thinking about your little guy a lot.

I'm wondering, since someone posted the lethal dose, and they had well below that - that when they got the extra dosage, if the antibiotic didn't rapidly start killing bacteria, which will make someone/something sick. It's because when bacteria dies, it can release toxins or their cell explodes and releases all their genetic material, etc. Your body then has to get rid of whatever the bacteria released which, like I said, will make you sicker. Haven't you ever been sick, been put on antibiotics and then felt worse before you felt better? That's just a theory anyhow...

I hope that they are doing better this morning!

OK here we are WAY over the 12 hours, everyone looks great except the Bantam, the bantam is drinking small amounts but is opening her mouth with every drink. I think she's got something a little more serious going on. I wish I could get a hold of Peter to find out. Anyway here's our silkie that was the worst one AND YES he's still blowing bubbles... Caught him this afternoon making them..BUT he was talking to me this morning so I put him back with his other friends....

no apologies - my room is the same color - was red thru my teen years(with a white canopy bed). I thought the green was more mature oh well. Glad the kids got thru it.
