OMG - Three Hatched!!! I Need help!!! What do I do??

They can stay in the incubator for 2/3 days before they need to be fed and have access to water. I leave mine in until they all hatch or I've decided they are done hatching.

Leave them in the incubator and let the rest hatch.
Opening the incubator now can have impact on the remaining left to hatch.
I have taken the first to hatch out early and the rest have not gone on to finish. I am sure others have different views.
Congratulations.

Remove them after 24 hr max. get some water in them. true they can go 2 days without food or water, but getting them started sooner is better.

The yolk that they absorbs provides all the nutrients that the chick needs for the first three days untill then they wont really drink or eat much. I would leave them as long as possible as to not cause problems with the rest of the eggs hatching

I have eggs in my first time used Hova Bator. I started with 10 duck eggs, on day 10 I added 7 Silkie eggs and 3 out of my flock that were crosses. The ducks hatched on day 26. I got them out as soon as they were dry because the were knocking all the other eggs around and making a mess with the goo all over them. I locked down the chicken eggs and yesterday I had one of the three mix eggs hatch. Today the other two hatched, but nothing on the Silkies. I last candled them on Friday and there was still movement in 5. Yes, I took out the chicks that hatched. They did go right to drinking and eating, I put them in with other chicks I just got over the weekend from MM. They hatched in a reasonable time frame too. Now I am getting a little concerned about my Silkies, I am not hearing or seeing anything. Am I just worrying too much? Tomorrow is day 21, so really, they have some time left before I should feel dread. Right?
