Depends on the flooring you use. I use half grass and half mulch and I barely ever have to clean, but it is pretty big.

That will depend on the size,# of chickens, and how often they're in there. I have 7 full grown birds in a 35 x 25 run. They free range most of the day though. I usually rake it out once a month.

Is your run as big as mine? If its smaller you'll have to clean more often. Also, it's not a guarantee that chickens will lay in the nesting boxes. Are you ok bending over every day if a chicken decides to lay in there?or trying to catch an injured chicken if they dont want to come out?

You are dreaming, sorry. Unless you have deep litter of some sort in there, you will be hosing it out often, not fun. And that short little thing won't give you the room for deep litter, or a way to manage much of anything without crawling around in the chicken poo. Yuck!
