I would like to process my birds myself.. Can I still sell my birds to customers or do I have to have them processed by a state inspected facility?? I need to be able to cut costs to keep my price low. I know in other states that as long as you are under a certain number you can process on farm, I can't find anything for the state of Idaho though..
