?? on rescue chick

This little chick was dumped at a local high school in a plastic rodent container. Have had mixed opinions on breed. What do you think?

The day of rescue - 5th of this month?

This is a current pic -The yellow is darker than it shows in the pic but lighter than the first pic.

Thanks for looking. The local feed store had some Wyandotte's that looked kind of the same but not exactly - they mislabel chicks a lot there so for now it is still the mystery chick.

Maybe an Australorp? It's very cute!!

Australorp or type of Wyandotte - either is fine with me - i'm just praying it doesn't crow
