Once healthy chick is having trouble walking, help!

I
I agree with @Wyorp Rock. Give her vitamin B complex. It is safe and easily available at a pharmacy. Give lots and for several weeks.
My Bernadette’s walk was a bit different but she was a similar age. Her journey is documented here.

was trying to give her a dose straight into her mouth of poultry cell but it was hard to get her to take it so I put the recommended dose in her water. This is the ingredient list do you think this has the right b vitamins?

By giving that ( which is fine to give) you are giving a lot more than B. Some of those things shouldn’t be given in large amounts. Then in addition get some vitamin B capsules from the pharmacy and give those.
Easiest way I found was to open the capsule and sprinkle it into a mash made from their food. They can all have it.

She could have a riboflavin deficiency or injury, bone defect as Wyorp Rock said. Get the super B complex tablets, since you need to give the riboflavin for several weeks. Poultry Cell has some riboflavin, but it is also has electrolytes and other vitamins that she shouldn’t be taking for more than a couple of days. Here is a good price, and give 1/4 to 1/2 tablet daily crushed into a little moist food or a spoonful of water.
