Im not sure what is wrong with your chick. Maybe you could try to contact a local breeder for info since it doesnt look like anybody is posting.

It could be a genetic runt. I had a couple of those in the past. They usually are very sickly IF they make it to adulthood and don't become very productive birds. I usually cull them staight away. Although I do have one that is a year old and she doesn't and hasn't ever laid an egg and I've had to treat her for sickness 2 times already. I need to cull her, but she is one of those that has a great personality and I'm having a difficult time getting it done. I would get some other opinions, but my opinion is that you chick is a genetic runt.
