One chicken died; another now sick

I would skip the epsom salts water. It would give her diarrhea. It is used as a flush when eating a toxin is suspected. She probably needs to drink fluids to get hydrated, not dehydrated, but that is just my opinion.

I haven't checked her crop; I'll do that in the morning. The yellow discharge stopped. Her vent looks pretty good tonight. They all just went to bed, except for the jail bird.
A missive came in on my email, which I do not see here yet, that directed me to abort the Epsom salt water. I do have molasses in their pen water for the flock, and put it in the water w the isolated hen. That OK?

I wouldn't give the Molasses either. It can also act as a laxative or flush.
Give her plain water to drink.

What do you feed?

I would stop the oats cooked in milk. They should only eat complete feed plus whatever they might find during free range. I’m a pretty conscientious chicken keeper and still ended up with hens with too much body fat. And it’s killing them. One even died from fatty liver hemorrhagic syndrome. I don’t mean to scare you. I just hope you can learn from my mistakes. Fat can lead to laying disorders, unfortunately.
