One day I'm sure rooster...the next I believe he could be a she.

His comb/wattles could just be an individual variance in size. I know my Welsummers have different comb sizes and it does not correspond to the pecking order. And 3 roosters with 2 hens sounds like trouble to me... I'd get working on a plan to house at least the extra boys separately in case things get ugly soon since they're all coming of age.
This. It's probably been okay until now but those guys are going to get very horny soon and those hens will be endangered.

Yes, I agree, my plan is to get started on a small chicken tractor where I can house him and a hen, or a sibling rooster without a hen, at least as a temporary measure. Eventually (summer) I'll be able to get some Maran hens and all will be well in chicken land. So far everyone is getting along, but I'm sure things will heat up when I least expect it, especially if I haven't made some prior plans.

I would separate the hens from the roosters until you get significant more hens. Young roosters usually do get along but then sexual hormones take over and they start fighting over them. If it were my flock I would rehome two roosters (unless you have thirty+ hens) as the hens will be miserable and may not lay as well as they should and extra roosters only add to the food bill.
