One eye closed, lethargic

It is hard to watch when they have seizure-like activity, but glad that you were able to capture the twitching neck movements on video. Do both of her eyes appear normal color with round and equal pupils? One form of Mareks disease can cause a grey eye or an irregular or pinpoint pupil. Glad that you are bringing her to work with you. You may try to find out where to get a necropsy and testing through a poultry lab in your area, in case she doesn’t make it. Since it can happen unexpectedly, it is good to know how to go about it, costs, etc. A basic necropsy may not cost much, but they may want to get a Mareks test or other histology done.
I was able to have a look at her other eye, thankfully it is the same as the right, no opaque spots either. She is definately doing the head twitch less since the vit e, no seizure tonight either! I am optimistic!

No new developments today, she is still not eating or drinking on her own her head is mostly floppy. When she tries to stand she throws herself backwards. No seizures today so that is good and the side ways head movement is not as frequent. She is still defecating but the BMs are more liquidy I assume from her mostly liquid diet. She is getting more feisty about feedings.

Sorry bu it sounds like she is getting worse. Do you have cottage cheese? If she could swallow some, that might help firm up poops. Rice and buttermilk work as well, but probably more difficult to get into her.
I do not have cottage cheese but I do have buttermilk. She only weighs 1lb so I don’t know if she is strong enough to get through this.

Thank you @Sueby I am trying, I couldn’t do it without BYC and @Eggcessive’s advice. Today’s update, some promising mini improvements I think (but I need to be optimistic) she is still fighting! No seizures since Sunday, today she seems to be holding her head up better than previously still has floppy times but not as common. She seems to have some purposeful movement of her legs and could stand for short stints today while assisted. Not so good updates past few days she has been gasping seems to happen more during feedings I don’t know if it is from lung infection, aspiration or collapsed lung so we increased amoxicillin to three times daily instead of twice daily. She has also been on metacam for the past 2 days. She also got a bath today because of her pastey bum.
