One eye closed on my hen

Here is a photo of her. She seems to have both eye closed. she is able to reach food and water but not sure if she's eating or not. Each day I find an egg on the floor of the coop but not sure if it's hers or not.

This has been going on quite a while now, so it may be time for you to consider her quality of life, whether she's in pain or not.
