Well, I guess I know now. I'll get another closer of the left side.

See if the Neosporin softens it up enough where you can gently wipe the comb off.

It may all be stuck on/dried blood and debris.

I hope it does. Thank you very much. It feels like dried blood and earlier it was coming off in small chunks from around his head.

Sounds like caked on blood and debris.
He probably will be relieved to get it off.

When I used the toothbrush earlier, he just had this look like 'omg that feels so good'
