I have 5 hens all the same age and there is one that isn't allowed around the others. It is always off by itself in the yard and at night when all the others go into the coop she sleeps on the roof. I have to pick her up and put her in the coop then it takes her a while to get a spot to sleep, I hear them trying to run her off. Is there a reason for this and will it resolve itself?

There is always a pecking order & normally they work things out and can get along with out any being excluded. If these have been raised together? - i'm guessing your coop and or roost is crowded? Can you add another roost to give them more room to spread out? I know since it has been warm/hot temps mine want room and don't sleep super close to each other.
