My neghbor has two chicks with one leg spraddled.
Will the regular splint method work?
I need to know ASAP cause she wants info on readjust them tonight.
Also any cheapy feeds that will help boost thier energy one is really weak.

Would mashed up molasses pellets work?Or maybe egg yolk?
I also could get cream off cow milk.
All replies would be appriciated.

If it is spraddle, then the chicks need to put on a non-slip surface such as paper towels (not newspaper, etc., which makes spraddle worse). You can use the band-aid method to help treat it. Here is a link to a previous post showing how to do it. https://www.backyardchickens.com/forum/viewtopic.php?id=20205
I
had a chick with one leg spraddled. We did the band-aid method for about a week and he is fine now (4 wks old).
Good luck!

Thanks!!
