one loud duckling question

good to know. I'll keep an eye on it.
I have found that some feeds go rancid in just a few hours, some it take much longer. Temperature matters too, and what I mean by that is if I make a mash and set it outside in 50 degree weather it's good for most of the day, but inside in a warm brooder it might start to smell in just a few hours.

Ok, another question. She's eating now, but twice (that I've seen) she shakes her head really hard after swallowing and it seems like she can't control it, she'll shake for several seconds while walking backwards and then chirp loud, stop eating, and run to the side of the brooder. None of the other ducklings do this.

I also just noticed that she has what looks like a wound on the side of her face/neck area.

I'm going to call the vet tomorrow, but if anyone has seen this before please chime in.

yes, their water is deep enough. She's having seizures and it's breaking my heart. I added electrolytes to their water.
