I have three boys born on April 5th. They are all three sweet. I would love to find them homes where they will be pets and not dinner. We have their father who is sweet and tame, and a gentleman with his ladies. I am showing pics of the three boys. Our Rooster (their dad), Stormy so you can see what he looks like. He’s beautiful and very large. The mom of one of the boys (black with white chest) Lady Bird (Easter egger, sweetest cuddler ever). The crested cream legbar is the mom of the other two boys (black and white with larger combs). We are located in Sonoma county in Northern California if you are interested in our baby boys.

I would definitely hold on to her/him for longer just to be sure. Definitely hold on to it if their only 1 month old
Its mom is our most friendliest, cuddliest hen. She’s top hen and really alpha. Maybe that explains his/her personality not necessarily gender. I can keep it longer until I know for sure. The other two are definitely all boy. We’re not rushing to find them homes too soon, we’re just getting attached to them, and can’t have more roosters. Our flock is too small and Stormy is enough rooster for us.

A couple more weeks have passed and he’s definitely a cockerel. I was hopeful, but his comb has gotten red and the three boys are sparing with each other daily. In fact I’m pretty sure there’s a fourth cockerel in the bunch as well. This leaves us with one solo pullet out of the five babies that hatched...bummer. I’ll have to re-home the little guys.
