Almorrana means piles or hemorrhoids. I would assume in this case a protruding vent.

No pics of her vent now maybe tomorrow.
And no protrusions from her vent either.
It's almost like she had a bad case of the runs and they dried up in the feathers under the vent.
Will proceed with the food suggestions and see if I can get a pic of her vent since I live alone.
How is sour crop cured by the way?

Do not massage her crop if it is full and puffy, because she can vomit and choke. You might want to get some antifungal cream (miconazole or clotrimazole) from the pharmacy and give it orally twice a day. Medistatin (nystatin) powder can also be used, but it has to be ordered online. Here is a good article about treating crop disorders:

Done I'm including some low quality pics here..chicken is a bit listless. Pics below are after cleanup so I suspect the water is what has darkened the feather color under her vent. I've also isolated her from the other chickens outside.

I agree, I would check her crop to see if it's going down/emptying overnight.

Thx Wyorp and according to what I read in your links, I'm estimating that it's impacted crop.
Only doubt is that the bad smell is not coming from her head but her backside. Thx to everyone we'll see if I have enough time to help her.

If the bad smell is coming from her backside, look at it really close - is there a white yeasty discharge? Then possibly Vent Gleet which is a yeast infection- crop issues can be associated with this as well - you would want to treat both the crop and the vent. Treat as for sour crop, but also wash the vent, you can rinse with apple cider vinegar, then apply an anti-fungal cream to the vent too.
Now...if the vent was caked with poop and you are in a warm climate that has flies....look closely after you clean her up - do you see maggots or is the surrounding flesh nasty looking? Possibly Flystrike? That would be more of a rotten smell.

Also, if you don't mind - what country do you live in?

U.S.A in florida but of hispanic decent which is why I don't know the names of many things in english. Vent is completely clean,not caked with poop. There was a little white liquid in the area where her poop had dried..the feathers.
All this yeast infection thing- I sometimes fed my chickens white bread and white crackers...could this be the cause?

Your English is fine. The white material and liquid is uric acid or kidney waste. It can get caked around the vent and smells like urine or ammonia. She could have a fungal or yeast infection that is making her vent dirty, but vent gleet fungus usually causes red irritated akin around and under the vent. Vent gleet can sometimes be caused by a sour crop or a pendulous crop that is getting sour. The nystatin (medistatin) powder above may be helpful, and your feed store may carry Nustock cream to use around the vent. Here are two good articles to read about vent gleet:
