One of my chicks has yellow lumps on eyelid

Chick is about a week old and I just noticed this 2 days ago. It looks like a stye and doesn’t seem to bother him. Anyone knows how to treat this? Thank you so much.

It could be a small abscess from a peck wound, but if mosquitoes can get to your chick, it might be the start of fowl pox. Fowl pox is a virus that lasts about 3-4 weeks.
