One of my customers put dirty eggs in their fridge...

While I wouldn't want dirty eggs in my fridge with my clean food, I don't see what the harm is as long as she washes them before use. And as long as she didn't wash the bloom off and leave them on the counter at room temp.
 
I will be selling eggs through our small village's general store. I am required to pasteurize. How should I clean them? Let the pasturizing process do the work? Should I actually scrub them first? I've always heard that drives germs into the shell. Suggestions are very welcome!!
 
I had a feeling you simply meant unwashed by the way you were wording things. They are fine. I tell people I give eggs to that they should wash them before using them, but honestly I never do it unless they are visibly dirty. I keep mine in the fridge. I've considered doing the counter thing, but I really don't need more stuff cluttering it up.
