One of my eggs has pipped at the wrong end, what do I do

hi all one of my eggs has pipped at the small end of the egg and the membrane is turning yellow, will the chick be able to hatch on its own or do I need to help.

I had to help mine which did that. If he hasn't zipped at all after 24 hours after pip, he is stuck. If you post in the hatching forum they will talk you through it.
