One of my incubating eggs on day 21 candled and only takes up half of the egg?

I am new to BYC and started hatching a couple weeks ago, made it to the end with 4 eggs! I candled and they all are alive though one is only taking up half the egg on day 21. I don't know what to do. It moves around, looks good, no yolk out that I can see. But my question is... what should I do, open the egg up?

Thank you!

You can't see yolk through the shell. As long as it is moving I would not open it. Killing a live chick is not a good feeling. It could be that it was in a cool spot of the bator if they weren't rotated and is delayed in development. If it's really that far behind, I would not expect it to hatch.
