Yes it can sort of stand but limping.

Take all the advice on here. Maybe make him a splint somehow to help steady bad leg? He may be OKay and grow and adjust to having a bad leg. I'm subscribing to this thread so please stop back and post on how he is doing from time to time.

Yes I have. I've made a splint for it at first the little thing didn't like it tried to peck it off. But after a few minutes it seems comfy (at least not 'crying' during nitetime).

I'll be checking on it's leg again tonight. Hopefully, it's better.

It turns out the little patient is a hen. She's still alive but she's now the smallest of all. (about 1/2 the weight of other ducks)
There is one drake that follows her around and would wait for her.

She's unable to getup pass her knee. It seems the tendons are off to the side and no matter what I do it just kept on slipping out of place.
