One of my RIR chicks has a much larger comb than the other, does this mean it's a roo?

I have hatched and raised hundreds of chicks and I thought rooster as soon as I looked at the 1st picture. Pretty sure you have the roo you are wanting! :yesss:
 
Awesome. Another sign of a roo that I'm seeing is that this one is developing a little slower. Shortest tail feathers of the bunch!

Color in comb.. already getting wattles.. looks like a boy to me!

Yeah, For the first week I called them the 2 bright chicks, the brownish one, the rooster(this one was sick and died), and the pretty one. This guy is the pretty one. Lots of snow white fluff on the chest. Beautiful. Hopefully he feathers out the way is fluff is.
