This is either a Brown Leghorn or a Partridge Rock. I purchased her from Rural King in the Central Tennessee area. The worker wasn't sure, as the two were mixed in, and there were only a few left at the time. She was leaning towards the Partridge Rock, but wasn't totally sure.
What do you think I have here? I believe she is about 5 days old now.
***EDIT***
Looking at the feathering close up I'm thinking I see a barred patter. I don't know if that's just me or thinking because the name.

Ya not a brown leghorn chick pattern. Does appear partridge.
Not barred either. That's just how the chick pattern looks. Assume it's to provide better camouflage for them when young.

If it were partridge Rock, I'd expect distinct striping on the feathers to indicate penciling, even though they are baby feathers. Curious to see how it comes out, I don't think it is either of the two breeds suggested to you. I've gotten a number of Easter eggers that started off looking like this. I can't see the comb in your images but maybe?

It's possible that they mislabeled it or I misread the label. But I know Partridge was the first part of the breed name. It was that or brown leghorn, which everyone seems to be in consensus that it is not.
Is there another breed with Partridge in the name? Or possible mislabel? Usually this Rural King is very good with changing their labels, but I did pick her up after the weekend and they were running low. So possible it was another breed that got moved to the pen or something.
I will be sure to update pictures as she grows. Thanks.

The pen was labeled with Brown Leghorn and Partridge Rock. Someone else said they didn't think it was a Partridge Rock and it is possible that things got mixed up. Guess we'll see how she looks grown up.
Looks exactly like my Partridge rock as a chick.
