One rat in the coop: should I decon?

Years ago a co-worker asked how often we power washed the coop! I had to explain that it would likely just melt if we tried__- old wood, not to be washed, much less power washed!

Oh yes—if I took a power washer to mine, I’m quite sure it would become a soggy mess for sure.
